Guests booking at the applicable reduced rate acknowledge this condition and no additional compensation will be provided due to construction-related noise.

TRUVI Guest Verification:
A separate guest registration form and TRUVI verification process must be completed before arrival. Guests will receive a verification link via email or SMS. Jo Leo Villa is located in a residential neighbourhood. Parties and events are not permitted, and strict noise restrictions apply during evening and overnight hours.

Groups:
Groups consisting entirely of solo travellers are subject to approval. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not permitted.

Children are welcome, although guests should take care around elevated areas, balconies and the swimming pool.

Load Shedding:
South Africa may experience electricity interruptions. Guests are encouraged to monitor local electricity schedules during their stay.
