Refund policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Prestige Horizon Travel, we work with various accommodation providers, airlines, transport companies, tour operators, and other travel suppliers. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms:

1. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits paid to secure a booking are strictly non-refundable. Deposits are used to reserve travel services and may be paid to suppliers immediately upon confirmation of your booking.

2. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. A cancellation will only be considered effective once confirmed by Prestige Horizon Travel.

3. Refund Eligibility

Any refund, whether partial or full, is subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the relevant supplier(s), including but not limited to:

  • Hotels and lodges
  • Airlines
  • Transport providers
  • Tour operators
  • Activity providers

Refunds will only be processed once the supplier has approved and released the funds.

4. Refund Amounts

The amount refunded, if any, will depend on:

  • The supplier's cancellation policy.
  • The timing of the cancellation.
  • Any penalties, administration fees, or non-refundable charges imposed by the supplier.
  • Any costs already incurred by Prestige Horizon Travel in processing the booking.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive, check in, board transport, or participate in a booked service without prior cancellation may result in a 100% cancellation fee, with no refund due.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take between 7 and 30 business days, or longer depending on the supplier's processing procedures and banking institutions.

7. Changes to Bookings

Requests to amend or reschedule bookings are subject to availability and supplier approval. Additional charges may apply.

8. Force Majeure

Prestige Horizon Travel shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes
  • Pandemics
  • Civil unrest

Any refunds in such cases will be subject to the policies of the relevant supplier.

9. Service Fees

Any consultation, administration, booking, or service fees charged by Prestige Horizon Travel are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
