• Travel delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.
• Overbookings or accommodation issues.
• Natural disasters or adverse weather conditions.
• Government actions, regulations, or travel restrictions.
• Strikes, civil unrest, or force majeure events.
• Theft, loss, or damage to personal property.
• Errors or omissions in information provided by suppliers.

Clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree to assume responsibility for such risks.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant supplier. Payment of any deposit or booking fee constitutes acceptance of Prestige Horizon Travel's Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and this Legal Notice.

All deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accuracy of Information

Although Prestige Horizon Travel strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, prices, availability, itineraries, accommodation details, and travel arrangements may change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content displayed by Prestige Horizon Travel, including logos, branding, text, graphics, marketing materials, and website content, remains the property of Prestige Horizon Travel unless otherwise stated.
