⚠️ Important Booking Information

TRUVI Guest Verification

• Guests are required to complete a separate guest registration form and TRUVI verification before arrival.
• TRUVI may require either a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver payment. These are additional charges above the accommodation rate.
• The Property Manager reserves the right to request an additional damage deposit or cancel a booking if the verification process is refused.

Electricity

• South Africa may experience load-shedding or other electricity interruptions.
• The villa has a solar power system to assist with guest comfort.
• Electricity interruptions are outside the control of the owner and Property Manager, and no refunds, compensation or discounts will be provided as a result of load-shedding.

Noise & Residential Rules

• No parties of any kind are permitted.
• No music or noise audible to neighbours between 21:00–07:00 on weekdays and 22:00–07:00 on weekends.
• No shouting or hooting in the street at any time.
• Visitors must not park in front of another person's garage or driveway.

Groups

• Groups consisting entirely of solo travellers require prior approval.
• Bachelor and bachelorette party groups are not permitted.

Children

• Children are welcome, but guests should take particular care around elevated areas, balconies and the swimming pool.
• Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and should supervise younger children at all times.

Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation and personal belongings cover, is strongly recommended.

Monthly Stays

• Electricity is charged separately for monthly stays.
• Daily housekeeping is not included, although additional housekeeping may be arranged when available.
• Housekeeping must take place at least once per week during monthly stays.
• Wi-Fi and applicable DStv services are included.
• Reasonable water usage is included, subject to applicable municipal limits.
• Garden and pool servicing is included when available.
