šļø Construction Notice ā 2026/27:
Rates have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door. Noise levels may range from extremely noisy to completely quiet, with no guarantee regarding the level of disruption. By proceeding with the booking, guests acknowledge that no additional compensation will be offered due to construction noise. This disclosure was issued in December 2025.
TRUVI Verification:
Guests must complete a separate registration form and TRUVI verification before arrival. A refundable damage deposit or non-refundable damage waiver payment may apply and is charged separately from the accommodation. Refusal to complete verification may result in cancellation.
ā” Electricity:
Load shedding may occur. No refunds, compensation or discounts will be provided for electricity interruptions.
š Noise & Parties:
No parties are permitted. Noise or music audible to neighbours is prohibited between 9pmā7am on weekdays and 10pmā7am on weekends. No shouting or hooting in the street at any time.
š„ Groups:
Groups consisting entirely of solo travellers require prior approval. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not permitted.
š¶ Children:
Children are welcome, but guests should take care around the pool, balconies and elevated areas. Guests travelling with children do so at their own responsibility.
š”ļø Travel Insurance:
Comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation and personal belongings cover, is strongly recommended.

Monthly Stays:
Electricity is charged separately. Daily housekeeping is not included, although additional housekeeping can be arranged at an extra cost. Housekeeping is required at least once per week for monthly stays. Wi-Fi and standard amenities are included, while reasonable water usage is subject to applicable limits.
