Construction:
2025/26 rates have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door. Noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet and cannot be guaranteed. By accepting the reduced rate, guests acknowledge that no additional compensation will be provided due to construction noise.
Noise & Parties:
- No parties or events are permitted.
- Noise or music audible to neighbours is prohibited between 21:00ā07:00 on weekdays and 22:00ā07:00 on weekends.
- No shouting or hooting in the street.
- Guests must not obstruct neighbouring garages or driveways.
Groups:
Groups consisting entirely of solo travellers require prior approval. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not permitted.
Children:
Children are accepted, although guests should be aware of potential safety concerns around balconies, split-level areas and unfenced pools.
Load Shedding:
Electricity interruptions may occur. An inverter supports lights and selected plugs. No refunds, compensation or discounts will be provided for services affected by load shedding.
Monthly Stays:
Electricity is charged separately. Weekly housekeeping is required and available at an additional cost. Wi-Fi and reasonable water usage are included, with garden and pool services included where available.
Travel Insurance:
Comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation and personal belongings cover, is strongly recommended.
