⚠️ Important Booking Information

🅿️ Strict Parking Rules:
The complex strictly prohibits parking in visitors' parking spaces or any parking bay not allocated to the unit. Guests must use only the 2 designated parking bays. Fines may be issued for violations.

🔇 Strict Noise Rules:
The complex has strict noise-control regulations. No parties are permitted. Noise or music audible to neighbours is prohibited between 9pm–7am on weekdays and 10pm–7am on weekends. No shouting or hooting in the street at any time.

TRUVI Verification:
Guests must complete a separate registration form and TRUVI verification before arrival. A refundable damage deposit or non-refundable damage waiver payment may apply and is charged separately from the accommodation. Refusal to complete verification may result in cancellation.

⚡ Electricity:
Load shedding may occur. The property has an inverter system supporting most lights, plugs, TV and Wi-Fi, but interruptions may still occur. No refunds, compensation or discounts will be provided due to load shedding.

👥 Groups:
Groups consisting entirely of solo travellers require prior approval. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not permitted.

👶 Children:
Children are welcome, but guests should take care around the balcony, Jacuzzi and elevated areas. Guests travelling with children do so at their own responsibility.

🛡️ Travel Insurance:
Comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation and personal belongings cover, is strongly recommended.

📅 Monthly Stays:
Electricity is charged separately. Daily housekeeping is not included, although additional housekeeping can be arranged at an extra cost. Housekeeping is required at least once per week for monthly stays. Wi-Fi and standard amenities are included, while reasonable water usage is subject to applicable limits.
